MARTIN JEWITT LONGKILL PARK IMPROVEMENTS

General Notice

The Town of Clifton Park (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Martin Jewitt Longkill Park Improvements
MJ965.27

Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Clifton Park Town Hall Clerk’s Office
located at One Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY 12065, until Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2:00 PM local 
time. At that time the sealed bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:
Base bid Work includes the demolition of the parking lot and basketball court at Martin Jewitt Longkill
Park, the installation of a new parking lot, circulation path, fencing, and reinstallation of existing 
playground equipment. Add alternate Work includes the procurement and installation of new 
playground equipment.

Site disturbance related work that may affect access or use of the existing parking lot may not begin until 
after September 30, 2025.

Lump Sum Bids are requested for the following Contract: Martin Jewitt Longkill Park 
Improvements/MJ965.27

Work shall be substantially completed on or before May 15, 2026, and ready for final payment by June 
12, 2026.
