In accordance with Town Law, the Planning Board may review and make recommendations on the Town Comprehensive Plan or amendment thereto. In addition, the planning board shall have full power and authority to make investigations, maps, reports and recommendations in connection therewith relating to the planning and development of the town. The Planning Board has been authorized by the Town Board, to review and approve, approve with modifications or disapprove site plans and subdivision plans prepared to specifications set forth in regulations of found within Sections 179 and 208 of the Clifton Park Town Code.
