The Town of Clifton Park is currently working to ensure residents who are eligible for a Senior Citizen Exemption or Exemption for Persons with Disabilities and Limited Incomes or Veteran Exemption for their property taxes are notified of this opportunity. Please note the Senior Citizen Exemption is an additional benefit to the current STAR Exemption for eligible Seniors. If you believe you might qualify for the Senior Citizen Exemption or Exemption for Persons with Disabilities and Limited Income or Veteran Exemption you can request to have an application mailed to you or obtain the application by visiting the Assessor's Office.

Please see the basic eligibility requirements below for the Senior Citizen Exemption and Exemption for Persons with Disabilities and Limited Income.
