MORATORIUM ON BATCH CONCRETE MIXING PLANT FACILITIES
Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clifton Park will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:05 PM in the Community Room in the Clifton Park Senior Community Center, located at Six Clifton Common Court, Town of Clifton Park, County of Saratoga, State of New York, whereas, the Town Board wishes to consider a Local Law establishing a moratorium on Batch Concrete Mixing Plant facilities.
