Introduction & Purpose

The Town of Clifton Park is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional planning/engineering firms (or teams) to prepare an adoptable Community Trails Connectivity & Active Transportation Plan that becomes an element of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan upon adoption. The Plan will establish a town-wide network vision, close connectivity gaps, improve safety and ADA access, and prioritize implementation using a Balanced Scorecard framework to align projects with strategic outcomes and funding pathways.
