Bike Into History

Sunday, June 7 at 1 PM at the Vischer Ferry Firehouse

Join Clifton Park Historian John Scherer and Eric Hamilton of the Mohawk Towpath Byway on a bicycle ride along the Erie Canal towpath in the Vischer Ferry Nature and Historic Preserve.  Frequent stops will be made along the route to learn about canal history and features such as dry docks, locks and bridges.  

*Distance about 8 miles on level ground.  Helmets required.
