NOTICE OF ADOPTION
LOCAL LAW NO. 5 of 2026

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CLIFTON PARK DISCLOSURE AND ETHICS BOARD,
BY MAJORITY VOTE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Clifton Park, at a meeting thereof held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, duly enacted and adopted Local Law No.5 of 2026, a Local Law to allow the appointments of members to the Clifton Park Disclosure and Ethics Board, by a majority vote of the Town Board, to allow amendments to the Clifton Park Disclosure and Ethics Law by majority vote of the Town Board, to delete any reference or referral to the Saratoga County Ethics Board and to have the chairperson of the Clifton Park Disclosure and Ethics Board appointed by a majority vote of the Town Board.
