NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED FRANCHOSE AGREEMENT FOR CABLE TELEVSION SERVICE WITH VERIZON NEW YORK INC.

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clifton Park will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday September 15th, 2026 AT 7:08PM in the Wood Memorial Meeting Room in the Town Office Building, located at One Town Hall Plaza, Town of Clifton Park, County of Saratoga, State of New York, whereas, the Town Board wishes to consider a proposed initial franchise agreement for cable television service in the Town of Clifton Park with Verizon New York Inc. 

Copies of the proposed local law are posted on our website cliftonparkny.gov and are also available for review in the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
