SALT STORAGE BUILDING EMERGENCY REPAIR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the Town of Clifton Park on the 9th day of October 2026, at 3:00 PM local time at the Town of Clifton Park Town Hall, One Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, New York 12065, will publicly open and read all sealed bids and proposals received pursuant to this notice for the furnishing of work, labor, and materials in connection with salt storage building emergency repairs project in the Town of Clifton Park, New York.

Salt Storage Building Emergency Repairs: The proposed project will consist of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor
necessary for repairs to the building at the Town of Clifton Park salt storage building. This work includes all associated removal of a portion of the existing roof system, and installation of roof trusses, roof decking, ice underlayment, soffit, fascia, shingles, and truss repairs all as further detailed in the plans and specifications. The scope of work is defined in greater detail in the contract documents.
