There is a statewide Burn Ban in place for New York State through May 14, 2025. No Burn Permits will be issued until the ban has been lifted. The Burn Ban supersedes any Burn Permits that have been issued previously. While the statewide Burn Ban is in place you MAY NOT burn on your property.
