Closure scheduled for 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Clifton Park, NY — Clifton Park Highway Superintendent Dahn Bull announced that Moe Road will be temporarily closed to through traffic on Friday, August 21^st, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. while the Clifton Park Highway Department repaves a section of the road that was cut during repairs to a sinkhole caused by the July 30^th severe rainstorm.

The closure will affect Moe Road between State Route 146 and Clifton Park Center Road. Moe Road will remain accessible from State Route 146, but the road will be closed and impassable just south of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library. Drivers traveling beyond that point should use an alternate route.

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library and the eastern entrance to Shenendehowa schools will remain accessible from State Route 146 via Moe Road.

The closure is expected to last from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 21^st. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional time for travel.
