PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Town of Clifton Park (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the
following Project:
Country Knolls Clubhouse Roof Replacement Project
Contract No. 1 – General Construction

All sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town of Clifton Park Town Hall
located at 1 Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY 12065, until 7th day of July, 2026 at 11:00 AM local time.
At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
